SLIGHTLY DAMAGED BOX - A Spanish navy training ship, it is a four-masted schooner with crossed foremast.  It was built at the Echevarrrieta shipyards and launched in Cadiz on 5 March 1927.  It was named after the first navigator to sail round the world.

It is 94.13 metres long and has a displacement of 3,745 gross registered tons.  Its armament consists of four saluting guns.  The crew is made up of 22 officers, 14 non commissioned officers, 70 midshipmen and 143 sailors.
