Cherlead Explorer Mini Quad 2.4 GHz With Video Camera

The Explorer more than lives up to its name, at just 180mm square its small enough to fly throughout the house but big and strong enough to carry its on-board camera system meaning you can watch your adventures back once you've explored every room of your home.

The external outer skeleton frame is made from a tough but flexible plastic so that if you do have a bump or get too close to a wall the blades are protected and any damage is kept to a minimum.

The Explorer is fitted with the latest in super stable multiple axis gyros that work seamlessly and make the model a joy to fly. Integrated within the frame are a pair of high power LEDs to not only help with orientation but to also illuminate the path ahead.

With a tough yet forgiving plastic outer frame, the blades on the Explorer are well protected from impacts against walls and other objects that jump out at you mid flight, add this to the 6 axis gyro stabiliser and you get an easy to fly model that keeps coming back for more.

The Explorer has 3 different flight settings available, a gentle mode, which de-activates the 3D manoeuvres for when you are getting to grips with the machine or using the Micro Camera system to film. Intermediate, for when you want the Explorer to become a little more aerobatic, and an advanced setting, which gives full speed and 3D manoeuvrability, allowing the Explorer to perform loops, rolls and flips simply by pushing the sticks.

In any flight setting, just hit the flip button and the Explorer will automatically front flip!

Video Camera

The Explorer features a high-pixel camera, allowing you to record video footage or take photos during your flight with no additional set-up required! The camera itself is operated from the transmitter. At the press of a button 3 .jpg photos are taken or the video recording will start. Video is recorded in AVI format onto the supplied 1GB Micro SD memory card and can be copied to your computer or laptop with the supplied Micro SD USB card reader.
