Axial SCX10 Deadbolt 4WD Scale Truck RTR AX90044

The SCX10 platform is an already proven chassis-of-choice for scale enthusiasts around the globe. For this new version, Axial has taken the popular Deadbolt body from the AX10 chassis and placed it on the SCX10 which gives it a cool scale appearance and, for existing customers, a new factory body choice. The Deadbolt body with realistic driver figure, officially licensed Maxxis Trepador tires and officially licensed Walker Evans Racing wheels makes the SCX10 Deadbolt the go-to vehicle for realistic scale video action.

 The Deadbolt body is now green and it appears that the windshield was scrapped while an Axial five-bucket light bar was added to the roll cage. Since the SCX10 chassis is built around realistic C-channel aluminium frame rails, it offers a perfect spot to attach a front bumper. It is actually an officially licensed Poison Spyder Rock Brawler bumper complete with functional D-rings. A bumper was something that the ACX10 Deadbolt was lacking and the new version looks awesome with it. The SCX10 chassis appears to be similar to other Axial RTR trucks that are based on the same chassis. It comes with an Axial AX-3 3-channel 2.4GHz radio system, a high-torque steering servo and a 27-turn brushed motor that is controlled by the Axial AE-5 waterproof speed control.
